Integrated Management Policy
Perseus Management agrees that the development of the company’s activities and the achievement of its strategic objectives require, at all times, ensuring compliance with the quality and security levels established by the regulations and management models to which we adhere. At the same time, it also requires demonstrating the ability to deliver projects and services consistently, as well as to efficiently manage the information security and cybersecurity services offered to its clients.
To this end, the SIGPE has been developed and implemented, establishing the reference framework for the secure handling of the company’s assets and ensuring customer trust and satisfaction through the integration of an efficient service delivery methodology.
Perseus’ commitment to quality management and information security is as follows:
- To demonstrate Management’s commitment to the SIGPE, and to quality and information security management, both of its own and that of its clients.
- To ensure that SIGPE requirements are integrated into the company’s business processes.
- To ensure that quality and information security objectives are established and that they are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the company.
- To define, develop, and implement the necessary controls, promoting the use of a process-based approach and risk-based thinking to ensure compliance at all times with the risk levels approved by the company.
- To comply at all times with applicable legislation, as well as with the standards and specific specifications applicable to the projects and services provided by the company and aimed at customer satisfaction.
- To create an integrated management culture involving all personnel internally, as well as clients and suppliers externally.
- To engage, lead, and support personnel in order to contribute to the effectiveness of the SIGPE, ensure the availability of the necessary resources, and support other relevant management roles in the application of the management system within their areas of responsibility.
- To address quality and information security management as a process of continuous improvement.
- To maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- To ensure the resilience of the organization and its information systems against climate change or natural disasters.
